Jim Meyer, Chief Executive Officer
Jim co-founded Mindset Media and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Jim spent 20 years as a New York advertising agency executive. Jim was president of M&C Saatchi and a senior vice president at J. Walter Thompson, D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles and Saatchi & Saatchi, where he led relationships with P&G, Kellogg, General Mills and Kraft and oversaw dozens of new business pitches. In 2000, Jim left advertising to become a strategy consultant. He served as a senior advisor to The Cambridge Group and as a managing director of Novantas, where he led the segmentation and survey-based pricing practice. Jim is a former member of the Board of Directors of On2 Technologies (acquired by Google in 2010) and of TheStreet.com. Jim has an A.B. and a M.B.A. from Duke University.

David J. Malan, Chief Information Officer
David joined the Company in 2008 and now serves as our Chief Information Officer. David is responsible for the scalability of the Company's network platform. David received his A.B., S.M., and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Harvard University, where his research focused on detection of patterns in large data sets. David is a lecturer on the Computer Science faculty at Harvard.

JB Brokaw, Executive Director, Market Development
JB joined Mindset Media in 2008 to lead the Company's sales and business development efforts. JB served most recently as vice president and general manager at Range Online Media, where he was responsible for dozens of client relationships, including Accor Hotels, Estee Lauder, and CompUSA. JB has previously served as director of business development for Quigo Technologies and national sales manager for CNET Networks. JB holds a B.A. in Education and Political Science from Trinity College.

Ryan Browne, Director, Operations and Program Management
Ryan joined Mindset Media in 2007 and now serves as our Director of Operations & Program Management. Ryan oversees our technology operations, leads our partner integrations, and chairs our technology committee. Ryan was previously a senior associate consultant and project manager at Novantas, LLC. Ryan has a B.A. with honors in Computer Science from Harvard University.

John Durant, Director, Research
John joined Mindset Media in 2007 and now serves as our Director of Research. John is responsible for the design, quality and delivery of our market research products. He also plays a critical role in developing tools and insights that lead to new research and targeting capabilities. John was previously an associate with Novantas, the customer-management consulting firm. John has a B.A. in History from Harvard University.

Tom Pierce, Principal Scientist
Tom joined Mindset Media in 2009 as Principal Scientist. Tom is responsible for the development of new predictive analytics. Tom was previously a scientist at Yahoo! Research Labs and WhizBang! Labs. Tom holds two degrees, a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science and a M.A in Language Technologies, both from Carnegie Mellon University.

Rosemary Biagioni, Finance Director
Rosemary joined Mindset Media in 2008 as Finance Director. Rosemary has extensive financial experience in both traditional and online media environments. Prior to joining the Company, Rosemary held senior-level positions at SilverCarrot, Independent Media Services, and Kari-Out Company. Rosemary holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Adelphi University.

Kerry Lyons, Director, Market Development
Kerry joined Mindset Media in 2007. She leads our market development efforts and manages our relationships with strategic clients on the East Coast. Kerry is a seasoned New York account executive. Prior to joining Mindset Media, Kerry was responsible for client relationships at Alchemy, M&C Saatchi and J. Walter Thompson. She has worked with many blue-chip marketers, including Johnson & Johnson, British Airways, Kellogg, Unilever and Rolex. Kerry has a B.A. from Villanova University. In addition to her role at Mindset Media, Kerry also holds a fulltime job as a mom of five children–including identical one-year-old triplets.

Amy O'Hara, Director, Market Development
Amy joined Mindset Media in 2008. She leads our market development efforts in the Midwest and West Coast. Amy is an experienced and successful digital media sales executive. Prior to joining Mindset Media, Amy held senior-level sales and sales management positions at JellyCloud, Adknowledge, Claria Corporation, and Jupiter Media Metrix. Amy holds B.S. degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Baker University.

Stephanie Wang, Director, Business Development
Stephanie joined Mindset Media in 2008 and now serves as our Director of Business Development. Stephanie previously managed new media at NBC Universal and also was an associate consultant at Cap Gemini. Stephanie holds A.B. degrees with honors in Political Philosophy, Economics, and History from Harvard University.

Scientific Advisor

Sam Gosling, Ph.D.
Sam Gosling is a professor of psychology at the University of Texas at Austin. He did his doctoral work at the University of California at Berkeley, where he developed his research interests in internet-based methods of data collection, the personality of non-human animals, and manifestations of personality in everyday contexts. He has also been widely covered in the media, including The New York Times, Psychology Today, "Good Morning America," and National Public Radio, and his research is featured in Malcolm Gladwell's Blink. Gosling is the recipient of the American Psychological Association's Distinguished Scientific Award for Early Career Contribution. Gosling's book, Snoop: What Your Stuff Says About You, was released in paperback in 2009.
